Return Policy

Our return guidelines are strictly limited to products that arrive in a damaged condition or have defects caused by our fulfillment or production errors. Because our inventory includes chemicals and peptides that are highly vulnerable to degradation when not handled properly, we are unable to restock or resell these items once they have left our facility. Therefore, returns are only accepted in instances where the fault lies with us or the manufacturer.

If you believe your order qualifies under this policy, you must notify us within 15 days of the original transaction date. To start the return procedure, please email us at accounts@peptidestore.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This authorization is mandatory before any product is returned.

Peptides, in particular, are highly delicate materials. Once they leave our premises, we can no longer guarantee the conditions under which they are stored or handled, which may compromise their quality or effectiveness. Due to this, we generally do not accept peptide returns. However, we are open to reviewing individual cases and aim to find fair resolutions when there are reasonable concerns.

Once a return has been approved and the items are received, we will begin manual processing of any applicable refunds. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be completed after we receive the returned product(s). If a refund was requested by the customer and we authorize it, a $3.00 processing fee may be subtracted to offset Interac-related banking fees.
